Chef Jonathan Gushue

For more than two decades, Jonathan Gushue has been satisfying palates with a culinary style and inventiveness that balances both tradition and imagination with a focus on a sense of place. Gushue’s work experience throughout Canada, England, France, and Japan have further influenced his precise and exciting style of cooking which seeks to connect people to nature and culture through food. The Newfoundland-born chef made a return to his hotel roots as Executive Chef of Fogo Island Inn in February 2018.
