Denise is a graduate of the culinary program at S.A.I.T. in Calgary, AB. She has worked in various restaurants and hotels in Alberta, including Chef at Divino Bistro. (Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts)
Since returning home to Newfoundland and Labrador in 2005, she has worked at Fairmont Hotel Newfoundland and most recently as Chef at The Rooms Café, a division of Red Oak Catering.
Denise is currently focusing on her own private catering business in Flatrock – Root 20 Food Company. Specializing in private dinner parties and interactive cooking classes.
